Refund and Return Policy
At Honey Bee, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before requesting a return.
Change of Mind / Cancelling Your Order
If you change your mind or are not happy with your online purchase, you may return the goods within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused.

The item must be in its original sealed packaging.

The item must be in a condition suitable for resale.

The item will be inspected before a refund is approved.
The customer will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, including any courier or collection fees.
Please note: This does not apply to consumable products. Consumable items are non-returnable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery
When your order is delivered, you have the right to inspect the goods.
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or not what you ordered, you must inform us within 12 hours of delivery.
Once reported and verified, you may choose one of the following options:

We can replace the item and deliver the correct item to you at no additional cost.

You may cancel the order and request a refund.
Please note: Refunds will apply to the price of the goods only. Delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.
Defective Goods
Defective goods are products that were faulty, unsafe, or of poor quality at the time they were supplied.
A defect usually means that the goods were manufactured using materials, components, or workmanship that are below an acceptable standard.
The customer may be required to show that the goods are defective.
The following will not be regarded as defects and will not qualify for a return under this section:

Faults caused by normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or incorrect use of the product.

Damage caused by electrical surges or sea air corrosion.

Damage caused by failure to properly care for the product.

Damage caused by unauthorised alterations or repairs.

Products that are accurately described on the website but do not suit your personal preference or requirements.
Standard Warranty on Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is defective or of poor quality, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after becoming aware of the defect.
You must notify us within 6 months from the date of delivery, unless the product has an extended supplier warranty.

If there is no extended supplier warranty, we unfortunately cannot assist with returns after the 6-month period.
Once your return has been logged, we may request that you do one of the following:

Drop off the item at our retail store at no extra cost.

Arrange for the item to be collected from you. A collection fee may apply.
Return Packaging Requirements
All returned goods must include all accessories, manuals, instructions, and original packaging where available.
If the item is returned without its original packaging or is not packed properly, a 10% repackaging fee may be charged.
If the original delivery packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the item is safely packed in protective packaging.
Honey Bee will not be responsible for any damage that occurs while the item is being returned to us. If the product is damaged due to poor packaging during return transit, we may not be able to approve a refund.
It is the customer’s responsibility to package the item correctly.
Inspection and Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and validate the return.
If the return is approved, we may offer one of the following options:

Repair of the product.

Replacement of the product.

Refund of the product price.
The final outcome will depend on the product, the nature of the defect, and the applicable warranty terms.
Extended Supplier Warranty
Some products may include an extended supplier or manufacturer warranty that goes beyond the standard 6-month warranty period. Where applicable, this will usually be stated on the product page or included in the product packaging.
If the product becomes defective after 6 months, but still falls within the extended supplier warranty period, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will assist in facilitating the return to the supplier or manufacturer. A small handling or courier fee may apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot assist with returns that fall outside the extended supplier warranty period.
Please note that extended supplier warranties are subject to the supplier or manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. These terms may be included in the product packaging, manual, brochure, or leaflet.
It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the supplier or manufacturer’s warranty terms.
The supplier or manufacturer will decide whether the product qualifies for a repair, replacement, credit, or refund.
Honey Bee is not obligated to provide a refund, repair, replacement, or credit where the matter falls under a supplier or manufacturer warranty. In such cases, the customer’s remedy lies with the supplier or manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain items may not be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Consumable products.

Opened or used items.
-
Items without original sealed packaging.
-
Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or incorrect handling.

Items that are not suitable for resale.
Important Notes
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Honey Bee.
Customers are responsible for return courier costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Honey Bee reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the requirements of this policy.
