DELIVERY POLICY

The expected amount of days for items to be delivered is between 2-4 working days.

Local: Gauteng

  • Free delivery in Gauteng on all orders over R999.

 

  • If the order is less than R999, then a fee of R99 will be charged for delivery in Gauteng.

 

  • Pudo locker to locker: on all orders is R80.

 

  • Next working day delivery in Gauteng: is R129 and the maximum amount of actual weight/volumetric weight is 20kg. Next day will only be on orders placed before 9:30 am from Monday to Friday. This won't apply to public holidays and weekends.
  • N.B. We have a 80% success rate in the next working day delivery. Honey Bee will not be liable in the unlikely event that the delivery is not same-day.

 

  • Township Delivery: For those customers that are staying in townships we have partnered up with a courier service that specializes in township deliveries. Please choose this option.

 

National: South Africa 

  • Free delivery on all orders over R999 in South Africa.

  • If the order is less than R999, then a fee of R149 will be charged.

International Shipping:

  • We are currently offering shipping to a few countries in Africa. Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, Zimbabwe.
  • After placing your order we will calculate the shipping fee and send you a quote. Once paid then only will we ship the item.
  • Please note we use FEDEX INTERNATIONAL shipping. Honey Bee will not be held liable once the product is picked up from our premesis for any surcharges, custom payments, damages etc.

      

Self-collection at our physical stores in Johannesburg located at 10 Concorde Place, Lenasia.

     

    1. Where Honey Bee accepts your order, we will deliver the goods to you as soon as reasonably possible.

    2. Honey Bee’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. We are not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.

    3. If customers choose the wrong address or wrong shipping option then Honey Bee will not be liable for added costs and the customer will have to pay the extra costs.
