Delivery Policy
At Honey Bee, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery usually takes 1–4 working days, depending on your location and the courier service selected.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.
Delivery Options
Gauteng Delivery
Free delivery in Gauteng on all orders over R999.
For orders under R999, a delivery fee of R99 will apply.
National Delivery — South Africa
Free delivery nationwide on all orders over R999.
For orders under R999, a delivery fee of R149 will apply.
PUDO Locker to Locker
PUDO Locker to Locker delivery is available for only R80 anywhere in South Africa.
Next Working Day Delivery — Gauteng
Next working day delivery in Gauteng is available for R129.
This option is only available for orders placed before 9:30 AM, Monday to Friday.
Maximum allowed weight is 20kg actual or volumetric weight.
Next working day delivery does not apply on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: We have an estimated 80% success rate with next working day delivery. Honey Bee will not be liable if delivery is delayed due to courier issues or circumstances outside of our control.
Pargo Point Delivery
Pargo Point delivery may be available at checkout, depending on your location and order details.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected African countries, including:
Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
After placing your order, we will calculate the shipping fee and send you a quote. Your order will only be shipped once the shipping fee has been paid.
Please note that we use FedEx International Shipping.
Once the parcel has been collected from our premises by the courier, Honey Bee will not be held liable for any additional charges, customs duties, surcharges, damages, delays, or issues caused by the courier or customs authorities.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available from our physical store:

You will be notified once your order is ready for collection.
Important Delivery Terms
Once Honey Bee accepts your order, we will deliver the goods as soon as reasonably possible.
Honey Bee’s delivery responsibility is fulfilled once the order is delivered to the physical address provided by the customer.
Honey Bee will not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or unauthorised use of the product after it has been delivered to the address provided.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct delivery address and shipping option at checkout.
If the wrong address or shipping option is selected, Honey Bee will not be liable for any additional costs. The customer will be responsible for paying any extra charges.
