We ship within South Africa as standard. If you'd like your order delivered to another country, please WhatsApp us at 079 957 0708. Be sure to mention it's a website order and leave your query—we’ll let you know what international shipping options are available.

Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery in Gauteng—orders placed before 9 AM are delivered the same day, while orders placed after 9 AM will arrive the next day.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. They must be unworn/unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached and original packaging included.

If there's a fault with a product and you'd like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us pictures and a description of the issue, and we’ll arrange collection, inspect the item, and either send your replacement or process a refund.

If more than 3 days have passed, you’ll need to cover courier fees for collection, or you can send the item to us yourself—the inspection and resolution process will continue as usual.

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
